Firstly, thank you for taking the time to report it.
Before creating a new topic, it’s worth having a quick look to see whether someone has already reported the same issue.
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Software version
- Operating system
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Expected behaviour
- Actual behaviour
Screenshots are always helpful, and if you can consistently reproduce an issue, please mention that too.
Every report is appreciated and helps make the Lottery Software more reliable.
Hi Jason, not really a bug but when i checked my numbers for Saturday 1st August 2026 i had 4x 2 ball wins. These are showing as winning a free lucky dip each. These should be £1 wins. They don't do free lucky dips anymore. Thanks, Mark.

I've fixed this in the Build1830 Beta release. Emails have just gone out to all beta testers with the link to the new installers.
The current data source doesn't record 2 ball wins, so currently I've added a heuristic that says when the games changed to two draws per game and the three ball win >£10 then it's a roll down, and apply £5 for the two ball win, otherwise a £1. Based on available data.
I am currently working on improving the datafeeds and making the changes in the final release to download these.
