What’s it all about?

For those of you who’ve been following a while, I’ve been coding programs for many years. I want to give something back to the community by remaking a game I remade in the 90’s using AGK BASIC Language. A language that anyone can learn and create programs easily. So the Manic Miner AGK Blog is going through the creative steps and thought processes as I remake a game, going back to BASIC to show how anyone with enough time can learn how easy it is to make great games. So please follow and share this blog and let’s get the world coding 🙂

Since that time, I’ve used a variety of computer languages and machine code(assembly language) :-

BASIC, Pascal, C, C++, Objective-C, C#, Forth, Fortran, Cobol, TAL, Assembly Language (Z80, 8085, 8086, 68000, 6502, 7501) across of range of computers 8Bit, 16Bit, IBM Z Series, Tandem (Now known as Non-Stop), Unix (HP-SVr3 through to AIX on P-Series, and Sun Solaris 10) and…
