Photo’s from my recent Flight Training
Some cheeky photo’s of my recent flight training in a Boeing, which involved switching the flight director off and performing a visual landing!
In the same way we’ve become accustomed to Parking Sensors, the Flight Director takes the fun (but adds the safety) on landings and flight plans. However, landing an aircraft of this size needs some skill, and should the FD fail, then you need to land using the other visual identifiers.
Hardest Landing to date was Hong Kong and Innsbruck due to the last minute 90 degree turn required.
But you got to admit, the views are amazing from the cockpit 🙂
