Sometimes we all make mistakes in choosing a holiday location, and I don’t expect perfection (Though that would be nice!) however… I don’t expect to have to lie down on sun loungers that have been resurrected from a peat pit.  Just an examples of the glamorous side of travel…

Currently going through the formalities of complaining to the holiday company, however I’m informed that they take a minimum of 28 days to look at your complaint and it may take much longer…  Let’s hope they see sense….
