Today is just a little light relief to help distract from the dental pain I’m experiencing since this start of lockdown. Yep, two teeth, one has a filling missing, the other has a hole that’s not getting any smaller… I called the dentist as usual, and naturally they are only taking on emergency (Abscess/Infected) patients via telephone calls only. They hope to re-open maybe in three to four more weeks. 🦷😱😰 they won’t even undertake private work, and this hub is a myth…

I asked if they sold Dental pliers…

Anyhoo, enough of the pain and misery, I’m sure we’re all aware of what’s going on in the world. I thought I’d share a sign on the back of a van which said: –

Here’s a fun fact, do you know why there’s an apparent shortage of Yeast for home baking or Marmite products? It’s because the great British public aren’t drinking enough beer, since yeast is a bi-product of the brewing process, who knew that closing down all the pubs would have this effect?

I went for a wander around B&Q, before turning up I gave them a call to ask how big the queue was, they replied “The same size as the ‘B’ sir“… ba dum tish…. #Groan… 🤦🏻‍♂️

I did have a good wander around though, and some people were responsibly social distancing, however staff and many people didn’t bother once in-store, the basic human need to be close to others takes over as they push in front or stand right next to you. I’m sure we’ve all been there…
